Kevin Hommel is the CFO/COO over all operations and financials out of Memphis and the Turnkey company in Little Rock, AR. In this role he is over the development of the staff, raising private money, operational activities, banking relationships, overseeing the balance sheet and P&L statements and ensuring the company operations are in line with the company culture and values. Kevin comes to the team with an extensive background in the Turnkey and Property Management Business as COO and nation-wide consultant to other companies in the investment real estate and property management industry. Prior to his role in the industry, he has an extensive background in banking. Kevin’s undergraduate degree is from Missouri State University and earned his Masters from Louisiana State University. While in the banking industry, he completed specialty programs from the University of Mississippi and Vanderbilt University. Outside of the office, he enjoys hiking, traveling and his favorite pastime is making homemade beer, which he has taken chemistry classes from the University of Oklahoma to expand his brew making skills. Kevin and is wife Missy are proud parents of 2 children.
